Growing up I personally had more of a love for Roy Orbison than his contemporary Elvis. Gotta be all those high notes that be givin' me the 'vapors'. Roy just own's this song. I have heard many people do their versions but if you can't hit that great high note at the end it's really not worth the effort is it? One of the truly great songs of the rock era. This video for it gets me everytime. Jennifer Connelly and Jason Priestly? Are you kidding me? How frickin' great is that? We all just want to be loved baby - even if we gotta drive all night.
