Why have I never thought of doing a salad this way? I have been a 'mix them ingredients all together' guy since before salad was invented. How did I choose that way of doing things? Was it the powerful salad lobby that demanded that all my flavors be mixed together and drenched in dressing? Why can't everything be compartmentalized with dressing on the side? Why not TWO dressings on the side? Is this blasphemy I speak? If you all want to continue eating your salads the way 'THE MAN' wants you to then you can go ahead and do that?
